Consultancy
This can range from preliminary discussions to the development of roadmaps of change through to longer term assignments to assist internal team members with policy development and implementation. Short term contract management roles where gaps currently exist may also be possible.

Conference Keynotes
I have delivered many addresses at conferences that speak to the themes of business & human rights, ethical sourcing to combat modern slavery, building strong corporate cultures, respect at work and programs to care for the wellbeing of team members. Additionally on the business case for forming long-term sustainable partnerships with the for-purpose sector.

Board & Executive Team Facilitation
Many organisations understand the importance of being an ethical and responsible business, building strong internal cultures and ensuring that customers and all stakeholder groups are acknowledged in their decision making. However, these can be very nuanced areas and at times it can be beneficial to introduce a third party to the discussions.

Panel Participation
Sometimes a conference agenda will benefit from moderated panel discussions to draw out a range of experiences and views, typically followed by a Q & A session with the audience. I am available to either assist with conference design, taking the role of MC or moderator or participating on panels.

Workshops
Workshops can be a great way to draw out the ideas and views of a diverse range of stakeholders, however, will tend to be most productive when facilitated. These can be conducted with a very specific internal objective, for example conducting staff engagement focus groups or the mapping out of an ethical sourcing program or can be broader in nature to expand thinking such as our Ethical Decision Making workshop which has received great praise from senior executive teams (1-3 hours in duration).

Advisory work specifically with NGO's

Having spent over three decades in the corporate sector, chaired NGO boards and studied the success factors in long term sustainable for-profit and for-purpose engagements, when conducting research for my doctoral thesis, I am ideally placed to assist in this area.
