I have always believed that the majority of people want the companies that they work for, buy things from or invest in, to be responsible businesses who care for their people and who contribute positively to society. This principle creates a virtuous circle in which profit and purpose exist in synergy, not as competing interests but working together to underpin corporate success and shareholder returns. Values create value.
These themes are explored in our conference talks all of which can be tailored to a workshop format or management or board presentation.

ESG Advisory assists clients embed these principles so as to become truly responsible to their broader ecosystems and become agents of positive transformation.
I have held workshops and spoken at events for boards and executive teams in the banking, finance, investment, legal, consulting, franchise, energy and entertainment sectors. Also numerous academic, federal government and NGO conferences, and multiple MBA classes (on a pro bono basis).
Our knowledge areas are Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, Respect at Work, Ethical Decision Making, Business & Human Rights, For Profit and For Purpose Partnerships, Ethical Sourcing & Modern Slavery, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights.
This knowledge is applicable to any board or senior executive team who are willing to engage in a fearless and courageous way, to transform their corporate culture, achieve true sustainability and advocate for the values that the world today is so greatly in need of at this time. The goal of my practice is to be a voice for the marginalized and vulnerable in our world, to those with the resources and power to uplift them.
It is my belief that to embrace the ethos of ESG requires going well beyond simply complying with legislation. Truly embracing the essence of ESG requires adopting a mindset of wholistic transformation across the entire organisation and all stakeholders.
